A) Data source and purpose for processing.

Trueblue S.r.l. processes the data you provide for sending information material, for marketing activities in general, for the management of the offered services and for purposes linked to obligations imposed by laws, regulations and EU legislation.

- Persons within the structure of Trueblue S.r.l., which Trueblue S.r.l has appointed as data processors

- Subjects outside the structure of the Company Trueblue S.r.l., who perform functions closely connected or instrumental to our activities and therefore functions that are considered fundamental to the operations of Trueblue S.r.l. Your data will not be subject to disclosure.

D) Rights of.

At any time, you may exercise your rights in respect of the data controller, as set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we indicate here in full for your convenience:

Article 7, Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Right of access to the personal data and other rights

Data subjects can receive the confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data from the owner of the treatment and that such data could be available for them in an intelligible form. 2. Data subjects may also request to know the origin of the personal data. The purposes and methods of treatment. The logic applied in case of processing with the help of electronic tools. Your disclosure of your personal data is voluntary and optional, but please be informed that failure to disclose, or the partial disclosure of, your data may jeopardize or hinder the provision of the service you have requested.
